This is a great, straight-ahead hot sauce with no off-putting taste(s) but it's definitely not for beginners. It might be one notch below Dave's Insanity Sauce and BumbleFckd in terms of heat. It should last me awhile!!!

Recipe
I’m ready for another bottle. Great to mix with ground beef, purée garlic, one egg, and then make fat juicy burgers. Hot enough to make me sweat but doesn’t kill me. I also enjoy this with smoked pork belly mixed with apple. Good burn if eaten by the spoonful.

This is a great hot sauce with a nice hearty, maybe nutty taste. It is very hot and a few too many drops can cause pain for several minutes, so my advice is to be very careful when pouring it and only do a drop or two at a time to see how you can take it. Overall, I love it!!!!

Great Start To My Collection!
I Just Started My Collection A Month Ago, I Bought All 5Oz Bottles Of Hot Sauces I Could Find At Hannaford And Shaws (Non I Would Consider More Then 20,000 Shu'S) And Then I Had To Find A New Way To Get Sauces So I Turned To This Site And I Needed To Gradually Step Up The Shu'S In My Collection! This Sauce Was A Great Start! The Heat Is Completely Bearable, I Covered My Thumb In It And Sampled It All At Once And With Its Pungent Taste You Wouldn'T Expect A Great Taste, But This Taste Great! Has A Chipotle Or Bbq Taste Right Off And The Heat Slowly Kicks In.. The Initial 30 Secs You Have A Little Heat Then It Kicks It Up A Notch And Last About 10 Minutes, For The Amount I Took At Once My Tongue Was Throbbing At The End! Don'T Get Me Wrong, This Isn'T A One Drop Sauce, Easily Could Put 5 Or 6 Drops On A Burger Or A Teaspoon In Spaghetti. Overall Great Taste, Definitely Recommended!
