For me, this is the perfect combination of heat and sweetness. It's definitely medium hot; it might be a tad too hot for those who don't normally eat hot foods or only eat mildly hot food occasionally.

Not sure where the name derived from. No ass in here! Great mild -mellow apple flavored sauce. Have used it on Chicken, and Chinese Food, and went very well with both - right amount of heat - not a nostril burner - will buy again.

This Is An Interesting And Different Sauce With A Very Strong Apple-And-Spice Flavor (Moderate Heat). Try It With Pork Or As An Ingredient In The Sweeter Sorts Of Barbecue Sauce. I Think The Flavor Is A Little Too Dominant For Egg Dishes.
