Complex
So I’ll start by saying it’s not all that hot, but makes up for that with an amazing complex sweet and savory flavor.. would be great on almost anything.. great addition to your sauce selection that other non chilli heads can actually try

Nice spice, decent flavor.
It has a rich curry flavor and a little spice. Very runny and a bit heavy on the vinegar for our taste. Spice level was weaker than scotch bonnets would suggest.
