Slow burn, intense peak, fast fade
This sauce smells like fire roasted peppers and tastes incredible, with a heat that's slow to build. The peak is intense, but not long lasting. The heat fades nicely, and you can walk away without looking like you just took a shower with your clothes on. The more you use, the more intense the heat. Perfect sauce, IMO.
