Lottie's Traditional Barbados Yellow Hot Pepper Sauce (6.75 oz.flask / 148 ml): It is interesting to note that the lady who makes this doesn't even eat hot foods. Regardless of that, this brew made from Hot Yellow Peppers, Mustard, Onion, and Garlic is awesome.
From Barbados.
Scotch Bonnet Peppers, Mustard, Vinegar, Onions, Sugar, Salt and Garlic.

A sweet flavorful taste and a little spicy. Can be used on many foods to improve flavor.

Oh yeah
If you like mustard, this stuff is for you. Goes great on hot dogs and brats. Perfect amount of heat and tastes awesome. Kinda thick too like a salsa.

This has been a shelf stocker ever since I discovered it years ago. When the place I used to get it from closed down from COVID, hotsauce.com answered. This is not too hot nor too complicated in flavor. Just a good mustard based sauce that goes awesome with chicken tenders or pizza and everything in between!

Soooo good
I love this sauce. It’s different. Was looking for something less vinegar tasting and this fits the bill perfectly. Is amazing for dipping my pizza. Perfect amount of heat. Hot but not too hot.

WhizBANG WOW!
Like spicy mustard that met pulpy tangy tropical salsa! That didn’t sound as good as it did in my head but I can tell everyone this is in my top 10 useful sauces of the more than 80 sauces I’ve tried from this site.

It"s just like the one I buy when we go to Barbado. I don't have to take a cruise to buy it.

Better than expected
This sauce DISAPPEARED in our house. Just the right consistency (I don't know how they get it without xantham gum or any other additives) and just the right spice level for liberal applications with TONS of mustard/habanero flavors.
