I Never Touch The Stuff...
...but my husband LOVES it! I brought some home for my spouse from a trip to Tennessee because, when you get a gift for someone you love, you pick something you think they'll love. I can't even smell hot sauce without tears rolling down my face--although it does clear the sinuses nicely. The tears were rolling down his face (figuratively, he's manly) when he used up the last of this sauce. Being the sweet wife I am, I Googled and found Hotsauce.com. It's like Valhalla for gut-killing hot sauce aficionados. Anyway, I ordered more of this plus a few other goodies for my husband as a surprise. He was thrilled and loudly shouted my praises to Odin. Or, he might have said, "Oh, dinner time?" It's a toss up. Anyway, he highly recommends it.

Great flavor, slight kick
First tried this sauce at Firehouse subs and had to have my own. Slight smokey and pepper like flavor from the Jack with a slight kick of heat but not "hot". Goes great on subs in particular, my favorite use of it. Love it. Also ordered 2 bottles of Scorned Woman, similar sauce but more vinegar based and amazing as well.

My Husband Id Allergic To Tabasco Hot Saice So A Friend Of Ours Let My Husband Taste Tennessee Lynchburg Hot Sauce. He Loved It So Much. Now I Have To Order A Case Of It Every Christmas. He Keeps A Couple Bottles At Work And Uses It With His Lunch. He Gave It As Presents To His Friends And Everybody Loved It. Love It!
