    I trust that this sauce adds pepper hotness, but not to the point too far. I also like that it does not have a vinegar base.

    I Took A Risk And Purchased This Because It Was A Green Sauce, And Everything Else I Have Is Red. I Thought It Was Going To Be Hot, But Its Pretty Mild (My Neighbors Think Its Insanely Hot, But I Will Shake This On Without Restraint). I Went Through The Bottle In About 3 Weeks. It Is Delicious On Just About Everything. I Wish It Was Up Around The 500,000 Scoville Range Though

    I Personally Put This On Anything That I Want To Put A Little Excitement Into. I Even Found Myself On A Dare Putting It On A Peanut Butter Sandwich And I Now Im Addicted To The Sandwich Lol. On The Heat Level I Would Rate The Sauce A Very Hot Thai Heat Level. My Personal Opinion If You Like A Little Kick Then Give It A Try Its Very Good.

    I'M A Jalapeno Flavor Lover, But I Love Heat - And This Sauce Has Really Hit The Sweet Spot For The Perfect Combo. It'S Not Going To Kill You With The Heat, But It Has A Very Good Kick To It. I Use It On Foods That I Would Never Think To Use Hot Sauce On, Like Ham Sandwiches And Whatnot, And It Always Delivers A Well Rounded Flavor With Great Heat! The Jalapeno Has The Flavor, The Habanero Has The Immediate Heat And The Jolokia Has The Sustained Heat. Highly Recommended For Jalapeno/Jolokia/Habanero Lovers!
