    Tart and sour, but not in a bad way. It's warm, but it's not going to kill you.
    I'd like them to tone down the vinegar a bit. Not worth the price if you're going to use it as a food additive, because you'll need more than you think. Best on a spoon.

    Good Puree, I Bought More For Using In Cooking And Combining In Recipes. Flavorful, But Not As Much Heat As I Would Expect From A Puree.
