Like getting slapped with a handful of blueberries
This sauce is interesting. I was expecting it to be considerably more fruit-forward in the form of tang, just due to the blueberries. Instead, it's an immediate heat, followed on the back of the palate after a few seconds with a scant fruitiness. I found this surprising, considering how tart and immediate most blueberries are. Not terribly sweet, on my palate, but interesting. I wish I had better been able to taste the fruit, but not a bad sauce.

Heat to sweet
This sauce is unique. It starts off with a pretty decent kick, something I expect from the ghost pepper. But the heat very quickly fades to a sweet blueberry taste, almost completely overriding the heat of the pepper but maintaining a tiny bit of its flavor. By quick I mean, very quick - less than 5 seconds after eating it the heat fades. It does leave a ever so slight tingle where the heat used to be but hardly noticeable. Over all I really like this sauce, great flavor and unique finish. Reduction of one star for how watery it is, its the consistency of pulpy lemonade.

Good Flavor Not Too Hot
This Has A Very Good Flavor There Is Heat And Later An After Heat. It Goes Well On Meat, Poultry And Pizza Even. The Sauce Compliments Without Overpowering. The Sauce Is Thin So Just Be Careful Pouring It Out Some Complain About This But It Is Just Fine In My Book. This Is One Of The Best Hot Sauces I Have Come Across And Will Be Testing The Rest Of The Product Line. Thanks To This Sauce Exploring My New Favorite Pepper The Ghost Pepper In Different Brands.

Sour Spicy Blueberry
I Mean The Flavor Combination Doesn'T Throw Me As Much As It Seems To Do With Some People. The Blueberry Flavor I Got Was Heavily Sour And Vinegary, Almost Like Blueberry Wine That Went Bad. The Ghost Pepper Burn Is There But Slight.

Excellent Sauce Different Flavor
Great Flavor And Good Heat. The Berries Really Come Out Followed By A Nice Kick. Very Deep Red Color. Very Thin. Does Not Stick To Foods Well But Makes A Great Marinade.
