I first got this sauce as a give-away sample. Unique, in my view, it is a thicker sauce, and has chunks of onion and other ingredients. It has an element of sweetness, not too over the top, and a nice tang. But the heat level is pretty mild, despite the name. But I love the flavor, heck, I drink a sip straight from the bottle sometimes. Good stuff!
