Death Sauce
Blair's Death Sauce is amazing. I have a bottle I bought probably about 12 years ago at a gourmet store at Peddlers Village in Pennsylvania. I use it very sparingly because you don't need much to impart that amazing flavor and heat. If this had an expiration date, I probably passed it awhile ago. But it still tastes great. The same as it did the day I bought it. Will be buying more of Blair's in the near future. Thank you.

The best is hard to pass up
I have been buying Original Death sauce by the case since i first discovered it in a catalog around 1987. It is fantastic and I can't recommend it enough. A fast shot of serious heat and then the heat backs off so you can do it again and again. PLUS, unlike many of these sauces which are all about the heat and nothing about the flavor, Death sauce tastes great too. I heave it on many dishes, but my favorite is on pizza.
A few months back it disappeared from the internet and I was afraid they were gone, but now they are back (probably had to make another load) and I just bought nine more bottles. From now on when i drop below five I will need to reorder in case of delays. Don't miss this stuff! It is delicious. -
Great Chipotle
This is my favorite sauce for flavor next to MIA Golden Death. Great Flavor decent mild heat but I have 20 bottles of this stuff.

Blair’s Original
I Love this sauce. True it’s not flaming hot but I have found it to be my favorite in taste second only to the out of production Golden Death. I love all the hot stuff too. This is what I use the most but in my collection of 150 sauces I enjoy variety too. I keep coming back to this.

Good But Sweet
The Sauce Is Pretty Good, But It Is Very Sweet. The Flavor Can Be A Little Overwhelming. It'S One Of Those Sauces Where The Flavor Basically Takes Over Whatever You Are Eating Instead Of Complimenting It. Also The Heat Level Is Not That High, Nothing To Worry About.
