Really, REALLY Good
I'm a native Texan, so Cholula is a big part of my diet. I would never disparage Mama Cholula...she's been too good to me. But this stuff...DANG. It's sweeter, a little hotter, and not nearly as vingar-y, so...sad to say, it's replaced Cholula for me. It goes with literally any food you can possibly think to add hot sauce to. LITERALLY. Ok, not literally, but like...a LOT, ok? It's good! Buy! <manically purchases 10 cases>

Ass Kickin Roasted Garlic Hot Sauce
I've been using this particular brand of hot sauce since I first discovered it 6 years ago on the shelf at a small town meat market. I've tried and used all sorts of hot sauces from all over and frankly THIS is by far my #1 go to hot sauce due to the heavy dose of garlic infused flavoring because I use a lot of garlic in my cooking and it fits right in with just about any sort of dish I make from Tofu to chicken to beef to vegetables. I can season a wok's stir fry by simply dashing the oil with a splash of this while it is heating up before I add my aromatics to the pan and it does not clash with them. I've used it in salads, soups spaghetti & pasta dishes, on meats, sandwiches, you name it. The garlic flavoring makes it an invaluable addition and the heat is not overpowering. If you want a good cooking or serving hot sauce to have around, then give this one a try. :)
