Man alive, could be hotter but the spices are perfect. It is premium. Very thick so it goes a long way. Not so hot that a normal person can't eat. I need to order some more.

Alligator Bayou is a great sauce
Not too spicy, not too sweet. Great with pork. Tried this the first time in a Firehouse subs shop years ago and been hooked ever since. Was really happy to find it for sale here since Firehouse doesn't carry it anymore.

I bought Alligator Bayon for my boyfriend for his birthday. He absolutely loved it as did I! It has a wonderful BBQ sauce taste with a slight hint of spice. We put it on everything: Chicken, rice/beans, pork etc. It's delicious - ENJOY!!

I found (and fell in love with) Alligator Bayou during my first trip to New Orleans. On my second trip, I ordered a case from a local shop. Then, my work brought me to New Orleans on a regular basis for a few months, and I laid in a huge supply not knowing when I'd get back. I had just run out and found I could order it on line through Hotsauce.com and I am once again a spicy, BBQ-ing happy guy!

I Think We'Ve Almost Blown Through Our Bottle In Just A Few Weeks. It'S Great With Beef Brisket, Pork Shoulder, Meatballs, Baked Chicken, Pizza, Etc. This Is As Good As It Gets, Imo.
