The Ghost Hot Sauce (5oz./148ml): Are you afraid of the ghost? You should be afraid of this frighteningly ferocious hot sauce made with the Ghost Pepper from India. Formally known as the Bhut Jolokia, this fiery pepper is officially the hottest in the world at over 1,000,000 Scoville Units (SHU). It earns its name from all those who have felt its ghoulish bite and lived to tell about it. Be careful-you could become an apparition with one incendiary taste.
Bhut Jolokia Pepper, carrots, papayas, lime juice, vinegar, onion, passion fruit juice, citric acid, garlic, salt, xanthan gum.

Pretty Damn Hot!
To Those Who Are Comparing This Sauce To Pepper Extract Sauces....Really? Pepper Extracts Are Intended For Cooking Purposes Only, If You Put Them Directly On Your Meal....More Power To You, But A Lot Of People Like Me Actually Like To Taste The Flavor Of The Food Not Just Heat. This Sauce Gives You A Taste Of What The Bhut Jolokia Is All About. You Feel It Getting Hotter And Hotter, Without The Blisters On The Roof Of Your Mouth. It Also Has A Nice Flavor Too. I Recommend To Use Quite Sparingly On Your Food Because It Packs Plenty Of Heat.

Great Flavor And Nice Heat
I Like This Sauce For Its Good Flavor, And It Has A Good Burn To It. I Like How It How It Burns For A Good 15 Min After Eating. I Would Rate This A 9 Out Of 10 For Heat. And Of Course It Burns When It Goes In And Burns When It Comes Out, So Watch Out For That Surprise.

The Ghost Hot Sauce
I Was Very Disapponited In This Sauce. I Was Expecting It To Be Very Hot, But In Is Very Mild Compared To Mega Death & Jersey Death.
