Simply Chili Select Red Savina Puree (5 FL.OZ. / 148 ml): CaJohn selects only the finest chiles for his signature line of purees. Ground fresh from the fields, they are blended with distilled vinegar. Citric acid and Vitamin C are added to preserve color, then bottled immediately. The result is a minimum of 80 percent chile solids, more than four times the content of most hot sauces. These purees are wonderful for inclusion in your culinary creations, or you can use them to create sauces of your own design. Their use is limited only by your imagination.     If you want to know the difference, or if you have grown Red Savinas, and are not sure if they are really Red Savina's, this authentic puree will tell the tale. The Red Savina has a unique taste,over other habaneros. Great stuff, and I love it on eggs and in chili. One of my favorites in CaJohn's line.

    Wonderful flavor. Habanero-ish taste with a hint of sweetness. Hot enough, but not a flame thrower. Great for cooking since you don't have a lot of added flavors - it's savina peppers with very little vinegar. If you love the flavor of just peppers, this is hard to beat.

    I Love The Concept Of The 'Simply Chili' Line Of Sauces - Essentially Just Chili And Vinegar In A Bottle. The Red Savina In This Has A Rich, Habanero Chili Flavor -- '3-Flames' Of Heat (With Tabasco At '2-Flames'), Versatile.

    Cajohns Does The Best Puree'S And This Is No Exception. Red Savina Mash Has An Awesome An Oaky Flavor With Great Heat. Distinct From Other Red Savina Sauces. Highly Recommend.

    All I Can Say Is That This Sauce Will Go With Everything And Anything You Want It To. It'S Got A Great Kick And Will Intensify All The Tastes Of Your Food With Additional Spice. I Loved How It Had A Refreshing Taste At The Backend And Just Felt Like Pure Red Savina Pepper. This Is A Benchmark Hotsauce In My Book.

    Great Sauce Here. The Taste Is Awesome. Pure Red Savina. I Ate A Spoon Of This And The Flavor Blew My Mind, Very Tasty. I Didn'T Think It Was Too Hot Though. Then Again I Eat Insanely Hot Stuff. To Put It This Way It'S Hotter Than All Regular Habanero Sauces, Because Of Course This Bad Boy Is The Hottest Habanero. Get This!!!!!
