I’ve been eating hot sauces for 20 years. This is actually the first hot sauce. I was introduced to. It still is fantastic. Or some hot sauces you could put two or three drops on your meal. This you could load up a little bit get the flavor get the heat it is exceptional. One of my favorite hot sauces I’ve ever had. flavorful, tasty, outstanding.

This is a fairly hot sauce, not unbearable but you will definitely feel it. Very bright and citrus elements to it. Heat hangs on a good bit after the first hit. One of my favorites for subs, pizza, and any Asian dishes. I recommend this to anyone who can handle a hotter sauce. I'd rate the heat at an 8/10 and the flavor at a 9/10.
