Controllable heat not change the flavor
Perfect for adding as much heat as I want to all my dishes without changing the flavor of what I'm cooking. This is the perfect additive as the only thing it adds is pure heat at whatever level you desire.

Do not underestimate this stuff
I’m pretty experienced with sauces over 1 million Scovilles, but I wasn’t prepared for the horrors this powder inflicted on my sinuses. I ignored the warning label and sprinkled a decent amount into a bowl of popcorn as if it were regular seasoning. As soon as the first handful hit my tongue, I knew I had made a mistake. The spice instantly burned my nose and throat, causing a violent fit of fiery sneezing, coughing, and choking. The burn lingered in my sinuses, and on my lips for 20 minutes afterwards. Horrible first experience, but an excellent product. I look forward to using it in more reasonable amounts.
