I Should Have Purchased More! Outstanding Flavor In A Sauce That Has Great Texture. This Isn'T A Liquid Sauce But Rather A Purée Of A Great Pepper Variety. The Heat Doesn'T Overpower At First Taste, Then Kicks In After You'Ve Enjoyed The Flavor Of The Pepper Mash. A Great Tasting Hotsauce
This Is A Great Hotsauce, I Would Give It A 4 Out Of 5 On The Heatscale. Its Hot Enough That You Can Definitely Tell Its There, But Not So Hot That You End Up Regretting Putting It On Your Food [Ie: Your Mouth Feels Like It Is On Fire 10 Minutes Later]. The Taste Is Why I Love This Hotsauce, It Has A Great Taste To It. I Am Not A Huge Hotsauce Person Largely Due To Most Of The Sauce'S I Have Tried Being All About The Heat And 0 On Taste...But This One Is Different, It Has A Lovely Taste To It Thanks To It Being Pure Peppers And No Extract. This Sauce Is Well Worth The Price And Imo Is Something You Would Use Regularly.
