    This is a great balance of heat and flavor. I love how there are little bits of garlic, carrots, onion, etc., etc. which give it a complex taste. Probably too hot for a "beginner."

    This Hot Sauce Is Naturally Sweet, Vinegar Sweet Though, Not Sugar. The Heat Is Also Very Natural Tasting And Is Not Over Powering But Very Flavorful. The Day After This Came In, I Had Used Half The Bottle. I Can'T Get Enough!

    Melinda'S Reserve Has Been My Favorite Hot Sauce For Years. For Me, It'S Plenty Hot, But Not So Hot That It Detracts From The Great Flavor Of The Sauce And The Flavor Of The Food. I Love The Stuff, But I Moved And Can'T Find It In Any Of The Stores In The Area. Thanks Hotsauce.Com For Offering It, And At A Nice Price!
