    The best of all Melinda’s hot sauces. I normally don’t like Habanero sauces but this has great flavor and great heat.
    Why is it that it is a product of Colombia yet ingredients are listed in French?!?!

    Interesting Slow Burn

    Like some other sauces from Melinda's, this one uses the same basic recipe but changes up the peppers. The results here are very interesting. The Scorpion peppers have a brighter but gentler flavor than the usual habaneros. The burn also comes on much more gently. That burn slowly creeps up to levels comparable with their Red Savina or XXXX Habanero sauces, but seems to last a little longer.

    This sauce might not be as versatile but it is definitely worth checking out. I'd recommend it on rice or pasta dishes that don't use tomato sauce, especially with chicken or fish.

    Heavy carrot flavor like the rest of this line. Moderate heat. Fantastic as a salad dressing, but the carrot flavor is dialed up to a 10. Use it on a beef stew or similar. Maybe rice.
