Melinda’s Red Savina. Say hello to our lady in red. At 675,000 Scoville units, our red savina chiles are twice the heat of our hottest habaneros for a distinct fiery flavor. Made the Melinda’s way: with whole, fresh ingredients and the best peppers on the planet for people who care about those kinds of things. Great for adding a chile-forward burst of heat to all foods.

It has my name on it. Savina.

Super Sauce
A very hot everyday sauce with a really good flavor. Passes the habanero sauces you might be used to.

My Favorite at this Heat Level
The Red Savina is my favorite pepper. Yeah, I know hotter peppers exist. I think the Red Savina continues to offer the best ratio of heat and delicious flavor. That's exactly what it does in this sauce.
If you don't know, Melinda's makes an excellent sauce. Many of their sauces use the same basic recipe but vary the peppers used. (Obvious exceptions include the Mango and Garlic sauces.) This lets the peppers be the star of the sauce and that's a good thing. It's a bit like having the same session band with different singers.
Here, the Red Savina really shines. The flavors are bright but also deep and richly rewarding. The heat is intense without being ridiculous. The heat and flavor balance perfectly to create a symphony of fiery enjoyment. This sauce is fairly diverse and will be great on anything from scrambled eggs to macaroni and cheese. -
Tastes Homemade
Probably The Most Home-Made Tasting Of The Widely Available Hot Sauces Out There. Very Straightforward Habanero Flavor, And Has A Quick Hit Of Heat. My Only Complaint Is That There Is A Vinegar Flavor That Hangs A Bit Too Long. That Being Said, It'S Definitely A Regular In My Rotation.

Maybe Each Batch Is Different
Idk But I Love The Taste Of This Sauce But The Heat Is Actually Not What I Expected, Now It Is Hot But I Feel Like It Could Have Been Hotter, Like At The Moment Great White Shark Predator Hot Sauce Is Hotter. But That Said Very Tasty Sauce That Will Fit Any And All Heat Needs

Restaurant Quality Fine Savina Flavor
Heat Was Lacking, Clearly. It Has A Superb Texture And Pepper Taste. Being A Savina Sauce It Should Be Many More Scovilles Hotter.
