    I First Ran Across This Sauce On A Cruise On Windjammer Bare Foot Cruises. This Sause Has Awsome Taste, Great Heat And The Thickness Is Nice. Its Not A Watered Down Sauce. If You Like Hot Sauce You Need To Keep A Bottle Of Flambeau In Your Cupboard. The Real Deal With Out Extract Added.

    Not Always In The Mood For Mustard In My Hot Sauce..But When It Calls..This Is The Go To. Mustard Flavor Isnt Over The Top Or Overpowers The Chile. Great Value As Well..Lot Of Bang For Yer Buck.

    I Love Matouk’S Line And This Is Probably The Hottest They Make. A Scotch Bonnet Without The Citrus Flavor. Comes In A Great Bottle – Like Something You’D Find In A Trinidad Diner From The 50’S. It’S Got A Ketchup-Like Consistency And Is Probably Versatile Enough To Be Used Like Ketchup. I Like To Mix With Ranch Dressing And Use As A Dipping Sauce For Wings Or Chicken Strips.

    I Call This Matouk'S Black Lable. I Love This Stuff! My Old Girl Friends Mother Cooked Some Over Cooked Cod With Rice. I Poured Some Of This On It And It Made Everything Taste Great!! I Love All Of The Matouk'S Products!!
