This Sauce Is The Best Of Both Worlds. Heat If You Use A Lot Without A Loss Of Flavor. Great Flavor At Any Amount Added. I Have Had Friends Buy This From Me That Do Not Like Hot Sauce And Use It On Everything From Green Beans To Chicken Soup. Works Just As Well For The Chili Head Who Wants To Taste Flavor With The Heat. No Overbearing Vinegar, Tomato, Or Mustard Base To Ruin The Flavor. Carrot Is The Key To A Sauce With Pure Fresh Flavor And The Habanero Is The Key To The Heat.
