    Years ago I found some Sontava brand carrot-based habanero hot sauce in Del Rio, TX. I fell in love with the XX version, with the XXX just being too hot to enjoy. I ordered the Sontava XX regularly, but then the company changed its recipe. For several years now I have searching for that recipe, and I have finally found it in the Marie Sharp's Habanero Pepper Sauce. It has the wonderful taste of a carrot-based sauce, and has enough heat to make me break a slight sweat while still being able to enjoy the taste of whatever I put in on. In fact, I have stocked up in the event that someone again decides to change the recipe or brand. Life is too short not to have this wonderful hot sauce available.

    I Can'T Stand Vinegar Based Hot Sauce, Takes All The Good Flavor Out Of The Pepper. I Love Marie Sharp'S Because They Use Something Else. I Like The Carrot Based Pepper Sauces The Most - They Bring Out The Most Flavor Of The Pepper Itself. Thank You For Carrying It!
