Lottie's Traditional Barbados Yellow Hot Pepper Sauce (6.75 oz.flask / 148 ml): It is interesting to note that the lady who makes this doesn't even eat hot foods. Regardless of that, this brew made from Hot Yellow Peppers, Mustard, Onion, and Garlic is awesome.

From Barbados.

Scotch Bonnet Peppers, Mustard, Vinegar, Onions, Sugar, Salt and Garlic.

All I can say if this is one of the best hot sauces I have ever had !! The flavor is catastrophic!! A party in your mouth .. it blends well with other things if you want to make a custom sauce with a kick ! Very smooth and applicable on almost anything.

I love this sauce has the right amount of heat to my chicken. I reordered this precisely for firing up my poultry dishes. Good heat no sting, not that there anything wrong it. Buy it !

    Lotti'S Barbados Hot Sauce

Sadly, We Were Trying To Find A Barbados Hot Sauce That Equaled That Which We Loved When We Spent Many Holidays In Barbados About 20 Years Ago. Lotto'S Has Too Much Mustard, Which Dominates The Flavor. I Was Seduced By The Packaging: The Bottle Size And Shape Were The Same, As Was The Color, But The Sauce Was Too Mustardy!
