Returns and Exchanges

Please inspect your order immediately upon receiving. If by chance your HotSauce.com order is delivered damaged or if there are shortages, please contact us immediately at service@hotsauce.com so we can make the proper arrangements. We will work quickly to resolve any issues and file any damage claims with UPS or the applicable freight company to arrange for the damaged items to be picked up and replacements shipped or credits issued. If you are not satisfied with your hot sauce product(s) for any reason, and your order was placed within 30 days, we will gladly accept returns of product(s) and will issue credit for product(s) returned in unopened condition, less any shipping expenses. Please contact us first at service@hotsauce.com so that we can make the appropriate arrangements.
