    The description is a little tricky, because while the jolokia peppers are 1,000,000 SHU, the sauce is quite a bit milder than expected. It is fantastically flavorful, and worth buying if you want flavor before heat. It has a nice kick, so don't take it for granted, it would just be nice if it was hotter.
