Fantastic Sauce
Slightly tart, but it's a natural and pleasant tartness. Not overwhelmingly hot, but still very warm for a natural sauce. It has given me capsaicin cramps, so it is a legitimate sauce. Absolutely great, natural flavor, though. The vinegar is subdued and the flavor is pretty close to a pepper mash in its simplicity. Best on a spoon. I wouldn't waste it by dumping in on food.

Very Satisfied Purchase!
Wow! This One Stings Right Away, No Waiting Around For It To Set It. Has A Lovely Taste To It. The Primos Hit You Right In The Face, And Then The Trinidads Sneak In For A 1-2 Punch. I Threw This On Some Popcorn Today, And Then Pan Cooked Some Chicken Breast In The House.. Which Was A Big Mistake.... I Ended Up Pepper Gassing The Wife And Cleared My Sinuses Pretty Damn Well. :) I Highly Reccomend Because It Is Delightfully Satisfying.
