Good Not As Hot As I Thought Though

Posted by David on Jan 21st 2015

Saw The Reaper Pepper On Youtube And Thought I Would Give It A Shot. It Was Not As Hot As The Net Made It Seem. More A Numbing Effect. Actually Really Tasty With Honey Mustard Pretzel Bites...

    Good Heat

Used In Moderation, About As Hot As A Habanero Sauce. Good For Heat, And Doesn'T Disrupt The Flavor Of The Food.

    Great New Flavor

This Is A Nice Sauce. The Marmalade Flavor Blends Nicely With The Peppers. It Reminds Me Of Spicy Mango Chutney A Bit. Just The Right Amount Of Heat On The Mid Palate. Easy To Use As A Condiment. Great Flavor.
