Superb flavor
This is one of my favorite sauces of all time. It has an amazing berry flavor. The heat is great for people who aren't hot sauce enthusiasts but the flavor will surprise even the most die hard enthusiast. I would rank the heat at a 4/10 but the flavor is 10/10. I highly recommend this sauce.

Interesting sauce
This sauce reminds me more of a jam or jelly than a hot sauce. Dont get me wrong, its a unique hot sauce that is really good, but its not very hot. It leaves a bit of a bite on the back of your throat, thats it. I put this on toast... a lot of it. I use about a spoonful on each slice and this bottle lasted me a little over two weeks. If your looking for flavor over heat, this is for you. If your looking for heat, I would suggest you get something hotter.

Best hot sauce on chicken and turkey
I first found this on vacation in Nags Head. I'm hooked. It is a perfect heat level to use a lot and the flavor is amazing! It really should be available by the quart. I like flavorful hot sauces but so often the ones that are packed with great taste lack heat. This sauce is the perfect balance!

Favorite Hot Sauce
So I discovered this hot sauce on accident while vacationing in NC. I was in an Ingles buying some Carolina BBQ sauce, etc and it was available. Loved the ingredients list so I figured I'd give it a try. This is now my favorite sauce and I cannot live without it! It's hot but not scorching. It has the best finish to me. I get a strong vanilla finish to this sauce, which vanilla is one of my favorite flavors. It has now become the key to my homemade wing sauce!
