    One Of The Best Mustard Based Sauces. Has A Kick As It Should But Not So Much That Novice Pepper Lovers Will Be Hurt. The Flavor Balance Is Amazing. I'Ve Mixed It Into Bbq, Tacos, And Great With Quinoa And Cous Cous.

    This Sauce Has Chunks Of Scotch Bonnets, Which Are One Of My Favorite Peppers To Eat Fresh Or To Enjoy In A Sauce. This Particular Preparation Is Average In Terms Of Flavor (Not Bad, But Just Average) And Lacks In Heat. There Are Plenty Of Other Preparations With This Kind Of Pepper That Have Better Flavor And Better Heat. As An Aside, I Thought The Bottle Was A Turn Off. It Is The Kind Of Label You See On Some Goofy Convenience Store Hot Sauce.
