As Soon As I Tasted This Sauce, I Was Afraid I'D Made A Serious Mistake. It Had The The Up-Front Strong Pepper Flavor And Kick Of Those Sauces That Usually Make Us Mere Mortals Regret Our Life Choices Only Moments Later. But Then A Surprising Thing Happened. It Mellowed Out Into A Mid-Level Heat That Signaled, This Is A Hot Sauce You Could Use To Add Heat To Anything, Without Having To Be Afraid You'Ll Accidentally Overdo It. This May Be My New Go-To For Adding Kick For Things Like Guacamole, Poultry Etc.

This Is A Mustard Based Sauce, It'S Not Too Heavy On The Vinegar. The Main Flavor Notes Are The Peppers, Mustard, And Garlic. This Is A Non-Extract Sauce So You Get None Of The Funky Flavor That An Extract Sauce Has. But The Peppers In This Sauce Are The Heavy Hitters. This Has The Hottest Peppers Out There And The Heat Level Is Pretty High. Chili Heads Will Love This But It Is Too Hot For Mere Mortals. It Goes Great With A Variety Of Foods. This Is My New Favorite!
