This sauce was originally used as a table sauce and in the preparation of traditional 'hot' dishes. Today, Pukka Pepper Sauce also has special application to Creole & Cajun cooking.     This hot sauce has more of a sweet taste but be careful the heat creeps up on you. This is because of the jamaican scotch bonnet peppers it contains which is on the equivalency of habanero peppers. Its got more of a nice thick texture. One of my personal favorites

    I Have Had This Before, And Each Bottle Seems Different. I Love The Distinctive Flavor, And Has Decent Heat. I Would Like To Think The Bottles Are Different Because This Is Made In Small Batches, But I Don'T Know

    Tried This Sauce After Reading A Review In Detroit Free Press (One Good Hot Sauce)! The Article Read Available At Wal-Mart.They Never Heard Of It? Called Several Stores. Found It At Randazzos Fruit Market,But Only Had 1 Bottle A.D Never Reordered It. Found You Online And It Was Worth Your Ridiculous Shipping Price.I Love It !
