Bee Sting "Thai Sting" Sweet Chili Sauce, 5oz.: Our take on the Thai classic... East meets West with a little "Pura Vida" thrown in! From bustling Bangkok to sunny San José, we merged two diverse epicurean cultures into one sizzling sauce. Fresh ginger, garlic & onion, honey and an ample dose of red chilies round out this classic flavor profile. Not as hot as our BeeSting Honey n' Habanero Pepper Sauce, but not a 98 lb. weakling either. Great with curries, stir-frys, on Chinese take-out, on grilled shrimp and pork... heck even tofu if you have to. It's perfectly suited to baste, glaze and marinade with, and as a splashing & dipping sauce. As well as table use on any dishes where you'd desire a bit of sweet heat. Artisinally handmade in small batches. All-natural... All killer... No filler.

Ingredients: Water, cane sugar, corn syrup, honey, tomato paste, crushed dried red pepper, modified corn starch, garlic, salt, vinegar, onion, ginger, beet powder and ascorbic acid (vitamin C).

    I Do Enjoy The Flavor Of This Hot Sauce. It Actually Reminds Me Of Mcdonald'S Sweet Chili Sauce, Except Spicier And Nowhere Near As Thick. I Think I'D Actually Like This Better If It Were Thicker. But As It Is, It'S Still Pretty Good.
