Excellent flavorful hot sauce
Let me say, I took a "plain hotdog" and added this sauce, and wow. Great flavorful hot sauce with a solid punch behind it. Have been using a lot lately, may need a larger volume next time because I am going through it too fast. I will say I like stuff SUPER hot, and this is more than sufficient, in fact Capt Paul (retired fire captain and owner/founder of Captain Paul's Firehouse Dogs - NJ) said he would have to make me sign a waiver next time I have him add it to something from there. Got my seal of approval.

This is a mustard based habanero hot sauce. I don't like habanero normally but in this sauce, its fantastic and very addicting. The first taste is sweet with a mustard essence, then the heat kicks in but not like normal habanero heat, this is more subtle but intensifies as time goes on but never gets to the point where you can't taste the sweet flavors, thats one of the things I like about it and why its so addicting, it will not destroy your taste buds. Its hard to put down honestly. I almost use it like ketchup! Goes good on a large variety of food types. I always buy it by the case from HotSauce.com.

Perfect combination of mustard and hot sauce.
Not to hot, not too sweet, not to tangy. This sauce is great for just about anything you would put mustard on. It has a slight burn, not too hot nor too long though. Over all one of my favorite mild sauces.

What Is This Masterpiece?
First tried this at firehouse subs and now am hooked! I have several people at work loving this flavorful sauce and have not found anything that it is not amazing on.....Only complaint is they do not sell by the gallon so i order by the case. This is more about the flavor than it is about the heat. Thank you for this sauce!
