A worthy sauce!
It took me a minute to warm up to this sauce. I bought it primarily to put on sushi, but I didn't find it as good as ground wasabi and soy sauce. It's just too western/habanero flavored. It's a really really good sauce overall though. Sandwiches, Mexican, and especially Italian are all killer with this stuff. Very flavorful. The heat level is about right for me. It's mild, but if you dollop it on, it can get a good solid bite to it. You probably won't mind pouring it on because the flavor is so nice. That's pretty much the ideal heat level for me. This one is a must try for flavor. The wasabi/habanero is unique and goes with a lot of things. Probably a 9/10 and a must try for me. I'm docking a star just because it didn't do at all what I originally bought it for. Great discovery though, a gem in a crowded field of habanero red sauces.
