9 Million (SHU) Pure Capsicum Oleoresin Extract, 1oz. Kit.
It will light up your life to the tune 9.2 million scoville unit rating they say and I believe it. It is easier to use than the crystals. Just have to warm it up to liquefy. Just add one drop at a time until you reach your desired heat level. You have to be careful, this is no joke. I highly recommend.

Simply Pure HEat
I own several restaurants in the Bay area and we needed a good strong extract to heat up our various levels of Thai Wings and Hot Ribs. This extract does the trick. Just a drop or two and it mixes well with our house sauces to give that extra nuclear kick! Excellent product will order again.

Incredible Heat! Perfect...
I was not sure what to expect as I typically use extracts in the 1-2 Million scoville range. I needed to jump up to a hotter one for my Fiery Wings Food Trucks. I was going though the lower extracts too quickly and costing too much. This did the job! Now I use about 1/5th of the drops that I would previously and I acheive the same heat level. Its an incredible extract!

This 9 Million is the most extreme concentrate of Pepper extract I have ever used! This will last me forever as I only need a few drops to heat up my entire pot of stew and my custom wing sauces. Will order again.
