A perfect way to put some pure heat into anything.A little goes a looooong way. I made cinnamon candies, a few hot sauces, put it in beans for rice bowls, even add a bit to my eggs in the morning. I wish i could buy a pound of the stuff. Stay spicy.

Product Comes With All The Essentials And Is Good Quality. My Only Complaint Is The Tweezers Are A Little Too Big And The Serrated Tips Are Not Good For Picking Up The Crystals As The Capsaicin Really Sticks To Them. This Makes It Impossible To Get Any Precise Amount, And You End Up With A Decent Amount Of Capsaicin Stuck On The Serrated Tips Which Is Surprisingly Difficult To Clean Off. I Imagine Whoever Put This Kit Together Did Not Really Test Out The Tweezers. Regular (Preferably Metal) Tweezers With Smooth Tips Would Be Better Or Perhaps Best Would Be A Very Small Spatula.
